Finca Can Cuxach in Pollença (Mallorca - Spain)
Majorcan country house located in the outskirts of Pollensa old town. It has traquillity and privacy, being ideal for family vacations. It`s situated only 3 km distance from the town center and 4 km from Puerto Pollensa`s beach.The house is distributed in to two levels. It is suitable for eight people and it has four double bedrooms and three complete bathrooms. Leading from the large hall we find the kitchen (fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave) and lounge/dining-room (equipped with TV, DVD, Home Cinema, Satellite). One of the bedrooms is downstairs and the further three bedrooms (one ensuite) and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor. The house has air conditioning and central heating.
Outside the house there is a lovely covered terrace and a barbecue area ideal to enjoy al fresco meals douring the summer season. The neat and large garden is complemented with a good size private swimming pool.
