Leading from the large hall we find the kitchen (fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave) and lounge/dining-room (equipped with TV, DVD, Home Cinema, Satellite). One of the bedrooms is downstairs and the further three bedrooms (one ensuite) and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor. The house has air conditioning and central heating.

Outside the house there is a lovely covered terrace and a barbecue area ideal to enjoy al fresco meals douring summer season. The neat and extensive garden is complemented with a good size private swimming pool.
